Cloud migration services — on time, on budget, with zero downtime
We plan, re-platform, and cut over your workloads to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Clear scope, predictable cost, and a verified rollback plan before we ever move a byte.
The problems we usually inherit
Most teams contact us when a legacy platform starts costing more than it's worth:
- An aging data centre is hitting capacity at sale peaks or month-end
- Hardware refresh and licence quotes are higher than cloud alternatives
- Scaling out means weeks of procurement, not minutes of provisioning
- The platform holds critical data but has no proper backup or DR story
- Teams want cloud-native features but can't risk a botched cutover
How we solve them
A structured migration is a repeatable project, not a leap of faith. Our approach:
- Assessment: dependency mapping, cost baseline, and risk register
- Design: target architecture with security and compliance baked in
- Staging: rebuilding workloads in a shadow environment
- Cutover: blue-green switch with real-time rollback and monitoring
- Optimize: right-sizing, reserved capacity, and cost reporting
Features of every migration engagement
Assessment report
Workload inventory, dependency maps, and a clear cost model before we commit to a date.
Landing zone
Secure, repeatable cloud foundations: networking, identity, logging, and backup.
Zero-downtime cutover
Blue-green switches with instant rollback and a rehearsed runbook.
Cost optimization
Right-sizing, reserved terms, and guardrails that stop bill surprises.
What you get after the move
Elastic scaling
Handle traffic spikes automatically instead of paying for them all year.
Disaster recovery
Automated backups and regional failover for critical systems.
Predictable budget
FinOps reporting and monthly cost review you can actually read.
Common use cases
E-commerce re-platforming
Storefronts and checkout that must survive Black Friday traffic.
Fintech & payments
PCI-aware workloads with encryption and audit requirements.
Legacy app modernization
Monoliths broken into containers or serverless functions.

Cloud migration FAQ
How long does a cloud migration take?
Typically four to twelve weeks depending on workloads, dependencies, and compliance needs. Lift-and-shift is fastest; re-platforming and modernization take longer.
Can we migrate without downtime?
Yes. We use shadow environments, blue-green cutover, and verified rollbacks so most users notice nothing at all.
Which provider should we choose — AWS, Azure, or GCP?
We recommend based on workloads, data residency needs, and your team — not on vendor preference. If you have no opinion, we often recommend the provider whose managed services fit your stack best.
What happens to our costs after migration?
We right-size resources and plan reserved capacity. Most clients see cost savings within the first quarter compared with their previous hosting bills.
